Together they were an disorderly network of local hierarchies, with the urban and rural branches maintaining distant relations from one another. Collectively, they believed that murder was both a duty to their god and a game for their enjoyment. Each cleric of Bhaal was expected to perform at least one murder every tenday, in the darkest moment in the dead of night.

Bhaal's essence had been preserved in his half-mortal children, the Bhaalspawn, and after the death of the last two Bhaalspawn, Bhaal was revived.

'''Henat''' (pronounced ''Hen-AHT''), the Lord of War, once viewed as the most beautiful among the Edalon Pantheon, now a disfigured mongrel. His vanity sent him into a crazed mental state, leading to him attempting to increase his beauty with scars. The self inflicted scars on his face increasing each time he has been seen by his followers. Many believed that the scars were what brought his power and they would in turn inflict the same scars upon their face. In blessing those that carried the scars proudly, power was given Henat to his followers.
